Reimagining Heritage, Archives and Museums: Today/Tomorrow
Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) was appointed as project managers for Reimagining Heritage, Archives and Museums: Today/Tomorrow, an initiative of the Institut français d’Afrique du Sud (IFAS) / French Institute of South Africa and Embassy of France.
The American Chamber of Commerce in South Africa
The American Chamber of Commerce was established in 1977 and represents the interests of some of the biggest multinational corporations in South Africa. As a dynamic and engaged membership organisation, the Chamber needed a refreshed brand identity that accurately represented its members and its future-forward vision.
New Economy Hub
The African Climate Foundation tasked Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) with developing a brand for their new entity, the New Economy Hub. The brand needed to support its mission to build a new decarbonised economy and a just society for South Africa. It needed to convey a sense of optimism and a positively-framed vision of the future.
Deliverology
Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) was commissioned by the Office of the Premier of Gauteng Provincial Government to develop a visual language for the work of the Delivery Support Unit. The visual language had to operate within the strict guidelines of the province without looking too bureaucratic. This new look and feel would then be implemented in presentation templates across different departments.
Asseteq
Asseteq approached Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) for a new visual identity, brand strategy, and corporate profile that would aid in helping sell their tech solutions to other businesses (B2B). We were tasked with clarifying what they do and how they do it, in much simpler terms, across all communication channels.
The South African Pavilion at Biennale Architettura 2023
Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) was appointed by the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (DSAC) and Ambassador Nosipho Nausca-Jean Jezile as part of a team curating and building the South African Pavilion at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia.
beam
beam uses its analytical expertise to extract insights from complex research studies in order to provide clarity and better understanding to its clients. For society to change its behaviour, we need better understanding – Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) helped beam to clarify and define their own services to best assist their clients.
Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees
Kunste Onbeperk (NPC), under which the Klein Karoo National Arts Festival (KKNK), Klein Karoo Klassique and Teksmark falls, approached Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) to provide strategic input on a turnaround strategy, as well as a complete brand refresh.
Aspire Art
BBA was tasked with developing an integrated marketing communications process for Aspire Art. We evaluated where the company/brand was and workshopped their purpose together. As we discovered that they play an important role in the arts ecosystem beyond the physical and live auctions they hold, we dropped auctions from the name (Aspire Art Auctions became Aspire Art).
Amex ZA Graphic Arts Challenge
American Express tasked Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) with conceptualising and heading the campaign and execution of the Amex ZA Graphic Arts Challenge. This entailed naming the competition, designing the campaign rollout on the website, overseeing registration and entry mechanisms, designing a social media look and feel, and setting up a content calendar and writing press releases. In addition, the winning artworks were displayed at the Keyes Art Mile in Johannesburg, an exhibition that BBA conceptualised and managed.
IQOQO
The French Embassy and the French Institute in South Africa (IFAS) approached Breinstorm Brand Architects (BBA) to conceptualise and execute a project that would facilitate connections between South Africa and the global North, particularly in the creative industry. From here IQOQO was born – a platform focused on nine creative sectors, namely animation, architecture, design, fashion, film, gaming, museums, visual arts and XR (virtual reality).
